WebMany orgs do have a GitHub subscription or an internal GitLab instance on which it's convenient to piggyback a Chocolatey repository, but not many orgs have a casual JNuGet, Hazel or PHP NuGet server etc. lying around. It would be really nice if either Chocolatey started supporting NuGet v3 or GitLab/GitHub started supporting NuGet v2.
